Suspended USC linebacker Osa Masina is under investigation by the Cottonwood Heights police department in Utah for an alleged sexual assault, a spokesman confirmed Tuesday. Thousands arrive at the San Diego Convention Center dressed in highly detailed, often handmade, costumes and ready to pose. One of the costumes that caught our eye was wo by Jey Jones of San Diego. Flagler County Sheriff’s Office spokesman James Troiano says in a news release that the homeowner awoke to a noise outside about 1:30 a.m. Saturday and saw a car sitting in the road in front of his house.
