Tickets on sale for two weekend mega concerts with Paul McCartney, The Rolling Stones

INDIO >> What organizers dubbed as a once-in-a-lifetime concert is happening twice. Tickets are on sale now for both weekends of Desert Trip, which will run Oct. 7-9 and Oct. 14-16 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, with The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, Neil Young, Roger Waters and The Who.

Tickets went on sale for both weekends at 10 a.m. Pacific Monday, May 9, shortly after concert promoter Goldenvoice aounced a second weekend due to popular demand.

Fans logged online and sat in a waiting room while seeking tickets. By 10:30 a.m., many were still waiting.
