Chino Hills Powerball lottery wier: Where are you?

With two of the three wiing ticket holders in January’s $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot now known, the question still remains: Who bought the $528 million ticket in Chino Hills?

In Florida, the people who bought a wiing ticket at a Melboue Beach grocery store introduced themselves to the world at a news conference Wednesday at the Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.

Couple David Kaltschmidt, 55, and Maureen Smith, 70, have modest goals for their first purchases: a new car and a massage.

Both said they elected to keep quiet since the Jan. 13 drawing so they could set up security at their house and find an accountant.

John and Lisa Robertson of Munford, Teessee, cashed in their ticket last month.

But the Chino Hills ticket holder’s identity is a mystery.

We know the ticket was purchased at a 7-Eleven in Chino Hills, at 4092 Chino Hills Parkway, where, upon hearing the news, hundreds of people who did not win still gathered to celebrate their town’s newfound fame and good fortune.

We know a number of hoaxes and practical jokes-gone-bad have sparked numerous claims about the wiing ticket.

But we don’t know who the real ticket holder is, Califoia Lottery officials said in a news release.

Eventually, according to the Califoia Lottery, the wier will have the option of choosing between a 30-year auity worth $528.8u2009million before federal taxes or a one-time payment of $327.8 million, like the Teessee couple did.

Just in case you forgot to check your tickets, the wiing numbers were 04-08-19-27-34, and Powerball number was 10.
