Service on the Blue Line has been interrupted this moing due to a power outage at the Willow substation, Metro officials said.
The interruption is between the Del Amo station at the Long Beach Transit Mall. Buses are taking passengers between Del Amo and the Transit Mall, causing a 25-minute delay.
Metro does not have an estimate of when full service will be restored.
