A man was killed during a shooting in Long Beach’s Willmore City neighborhood late Tuesday night, police said this moing.
Officers were dispatched to a call of shots heard around 11:15 p.m. in the area of the 1200 block of Loma Vista Drive, said Marlene Arrona, a Long Beach Police Department spokeswoman, in an email. They located the victim who was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper torso.
The man was declared dead at the scene, Arrona said. No information regarding any possible suspect or suspects was available Wednesday moing. The investigation continues.
