With Clinton by his side, he told an enthusiastic crowd of Sanders and Clinton supporters in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, that Clinton was “far and away the best candidate” to lead the U.S.
“Hillary Clinton understands that we must fix an economy that is rigged and sends all of its new wealth to the top 1 percent,” Sanders said, adding that she wants to rebuild the country’s crumbling infrastructure.
