LONG BEACH (CNS) - The coroner’s office today released the name of a man whose body washed ashore in the Alamitos Bay area of Long Beach.
He was 55-year-old Christopher Martin of Long Beach, coroner’s Lt. Larry Dietz said. The cause of Martin’s death was deferred pending additional investigation.
The discovery was made at about 7 a.m. Thursday at 62nd Place and Seaside Walk, Nancy Pratt of the Long Beach Police Department said.
“There is no indication of foul play,” Pratt said.
