A Southwest jet arrives at the Bob Hope Burbank Airport (March 11, 2014 file photo by David Crane/Los Angeles Daily News)A system-wide computer issue this afteoon that halted Southwest Airlines flights at LAX and other airports across the country has been resolved, but flights may still be delayed as the system comes back on line.
As of 2:17 p.m., the airline’s web site appeared to be malfunctioning, saying only, “We’re working hard to get you where you want to be. Please do not refresh your browser. We will automatically transfer you to Southwest.com as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.”
