The Orange County Fire Authority responded to a pair of separate but related crashes each involving two vehicles at 8:50 p.m. in the southbound lane of the 55 Freeway at McFadden Avenue, Capt. Larry Kurtz said. Emergency persoel had to cut one person from a vehicle using the Jaws of Life, Kurtz said. Two people were injured. Jamie Adamson, 57, of Lakewood was riding her mountain bike near the resort when she fell about 10:40 a.m., the news release states. She suffered major injuries and was unable to walk.     Dottie May Frazier was all smiles as she went soaring over trees and water, clutching a zipline 7,000 feet high in the crisp air of the San Beardino Mountains. Her first zipline flight was so exhilarating, she said, “Let’s do that again.” And she did. Frazier, a living legend with many firsts on her resume, can add another: the first, and, at 94, easily the oldest of “Tom’s Kids,” to go ziplining. Los Angeles County firefighters were summoned at 10:12 p.m. Tuesday to the refinery in the 22600 block of South Wilmington Avenue, Dispatch Supervisor Miguel Oelas said.
